Oldbury Academy Pupil Premium Funding – 2016/17
The pupil premium is an additional source of funding provided to schools to support the raising of achievement for disadvantaged children from low-income families and looked after children, and to close the attainment gap between them and their peers. The funding is calculated by measuring the number of students who have been eligible for free school meals at any point in the last 6 years (FSM6). This includes looked-after children (LAC), children adopted from care or who have left care along with Ever 5 Service children. For more detailed information, please click here.
In the financial year 2016-17 the pupil premium is set at £935. Oldbury Academy has received £565,132 in total to support students who are eligible for the pupil premium grant.
